Usability research

Would you like your website to be user-friendly? In a usability test we ask people from your target group to perform a number of assignments on your site and assess the usability.

By interviewing and observing these people we identify the following issues:

• How is the site rated by the target group?
• Why is this site rated that way?
• What do they like about the website?
• Where are the bottlenecks in the website?
• What would they like to see improved?

In a usability study you can also include competing sites in the analysis. In this case you will get a good impression on the user-friendliness and usability from competing sites compared to your own site.

Approach usability study

In consultation with the customer Netprofiler develops a questionnaire and a number of assignments. The questionnaire and the contracts are presented to individuals who belong to the intended audience.

Based on the tests recommendations for your website are drafted. The findings and recommendations are presented in a report and in an interactive session at the customer’s or Netprofilers office.

Results of a usability study

By using a usability study, you will get insight into the needs and wishes of your target group. The use of your website is tested. These insights are translated into concrete recommendations to make your website more user friendly.
