During the KPI session we set the most important targets and measuring points of your website. We also align the company targets, online targets and customer journey. We do this by means of our own customer journey model, because for every phase of the customer’ behavior you need to set different goals. Naturally we compile a list, based on this KPI session, of specific actions you can use to get started.

The goals of a KPI session are:

  1. Overview of the set targets per phase in the customer journey.
  2. Input for setting-up the KPI dashboards.
  3. Input for the technical measuring plan
